About Us

Hi! We are Sam and Rita, and we are Independent Certified Coaches in Tampa, FL. We have extensive speaking and coaching experience, but that doesn’t matter if what we have to say isn’t relevant to you or your company.

Our collective experience in a variety of fields has afforded us opportunities to speak to groups, large and small, and individuals, one-on-one.

Our one-on-one coaching is carefully personalized for each client. We avoid cookie-cutter coaching, but rather tailor coaching sessions to address individual needs and goals. We strive to raise the bar from “training” to “educating,” because most people can be trained to perform specific tasks, but education exponentially increases their performance and successful results.
