Bay Area Resident Since 1982. I have lived and worked in both Hillsborough and Pinellas with about 25 years on the development side of real estate. In 2010 decided I wanted to try the residential and commercial side of real estate representing both sellers and buyers. I sevice the Tampa Bay and have a great knowledge of the Hillsborough and Pinellas County Markets. I live in Oldsmar and work out of 1 of our 10 offices depending on what part of the county I am working with with sellers or buyers. Helping people find the home that meet their needs is a joy as is helping clients sell a home. Many of my clients are repeat clients or friendsd of clients that I have delt with in past. I pride myself in developing a relationship/friendship with my clients and have remained friends with many of my past clients. Doing research for clients weather buys or sellers is a very important service that I as a advisor pride myself on.
