My passion is real estate!  But not as a realtor...  I help realtors, lender and builders get their contracts closed on time.  I began my career working for a Probate/Estate Planning and Real Estate attorney for 7 years.  After graduating USF, my knowledge was further expanded from working on the mortgage side of real estate as a closing manager for a well known lender in Tampa.  In 2006, I obtained my title license within 30 days of moving to this industry and have been here ever since.  Working in management positions for 3 of the major 4 underwriters, I managed teams up to 75 people closing transactions on a national platform.  Developing training and process guidelines, I've taught title insurance to a countless number of individuals.  I love to share my passion of real estate and want to extend my passion to the public.  Please feel free to contact me anytime, for any question as I'm happy to help!

I have been with Flagship Bank as their Retail Market Manager in Oldsmar, Florida since October 10, 2019.
I have over 36 years of banking experience.
My primary objective is to develop long term relationships, provide a high level of service and recommend products or services to anyone (personal, business or not-for-profit) who have a financial need. The number one reason people choose to bank with me, and my team is due to our integrity, accessibility and knowledge.
