The Great West Chase

The 10k starts at 7 a.m., the 5k begins at 8 a.m., and the Fun Run will starts at 9 a.m.
Location
Start and finish lines for the runs are in the West Park Village Town Center.
Fees/Admission
Postmarked by September 15th:
Running 10K: Ages 5 & up: $40
Running 5K: Ages 2 & up: $30
Running Challenge (10K & 5K): Ages 5 & up: *$55
Running Fun Run, Child: Ages 2-14: $15
Running Fun Run (less than a mile): Ages 15 and up: $20
Fees after September 15th:
Running 10K: Ages 5 & up: $50
Running 5K: Ages 2 & up: $40
Running Challenge (10K & 5K): Ages 5 & up: *$65
Running Fun Run, Child: Ages 2-14: $20
Running Fun Run (less than a mile): Ages 15 and up: $25
*Challenge runners must complete the 10K within 70 minutes in order to also run the 5K. Challenge runners will receive 1 t-shirt and goodie back and will only be entered into the challenge awards category

Description
Since 2002, The Great West Chase and its amazing sponsors have hosted a competitive field of racers, walkers, families, and kids from all over Tampa Bay. Organized by WOW magazine, this year’s races benefit Town and Country Elementary School. One hundred percent of their net proceeds will support math and literacy programs at a local school.
The Great West Chase now sees over 1,300 runners in three different races—a 10k, 5k and Fun Run. The Great West Chase is a USATF/RRTC nationally certified 10K Run (Certification Code FL14089EBM), 5K Run/Walk (Certification Code FL-14088EBM), and Fun Run.
