The City of Oldsmar - Haunted Happenings

Here is how it works.  Each scene is allotted five parking spaces on both sides of the road. On the day of the event, the group pulls together to set up and/or participate in the scene.  Some people can't make the event, so they help with designing the set and vice versa.  For example, last year, the Recreation Department did the Haunted Mansion.  On one side of the road was the haunted Victorian house party with ghost dancing, and on the other side was the haunted graveyard.  Because it is a drive-thru, you shouldn't get too detailed because it won't be noticed.   All scenes must be set and ready to go by 6:00 pm.
