Come help us celebrate the strength of our Regional Manufacturing base.
This year's theme is "Developing Your Talent Pipeline". Our special guest speaker is Dr. Eric Hall, Chancellor of Innovation, Florida Department of Education. Dr. Hall is a USF graduate who understands our region and has an extraordinary background in innovative educational practices. Prior to his current position, Dr. Hall was the National Director of Education for the AMIskills program which uses a non-traditional maritime skills profile focused on at-risk students. He also served as the Deputy State Superintendent of Innovation for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. So, expect to hear some exciting information on developing an innovative talent development, growth and retention process in the Tampa Bay region.
