Jose is a Pastry Chef that comes from Resort Hotels and Cruise Ship background. He worked with Mediterranea Shipping Cruises as a 2nd Pastry Man Supervisor, in Geneva, Italy.He was a Pastry Chef Supervisor with Real Intercontinental Hotel, in Guatemala City, Guatemala just to name a few.
