Please plan on joining us for a Ribbon Cutting at Hands at Heart Yoga in Oldsmar.  With certifications that include Ashtanga, Rocket & Yin Amy Olshanski founded Hands in Heart Yoga in 2014 to share the immeasurable benefits of yoga that range from pain relief and improved flexibility to fitness, community, and relaxation.  For just shy of 7 years, Amy has been providing in-house corporate and private Yoga instruction.  In 2021, in addition to those services, Hands at Heart will have a new brick and mortar location at 13946 W. Hillsborough Avenue, Oldsmar!  Hands at Heart Yoga will offer a full yoga and fitness schedule in a group and private settings, group and private reiki and pranic healing sessions, Yoga Teacher Training, and nutritional coaching, with yoga retreats planned for the future.  Learn more at www.handsatheartyoga.yoga
