In addition to my retail experience, I have also been a proud owner of a Cruiseplanners Franchise for 16 years. My wife and I are dedicated full-time agents, committed to providing personalized travel experiences for our clients. I am Sandals Certified and currently working on my CTIE (Certified Travel Industry Executive) certification. Our passion for travel and customer satisfaction has been the driving force behind our successful franchise business propelling us to be recognized as top producers at Cruiseplanners. I also achieved recognition as one of the Top 100 Travel Advisors in North America for Virgin Voyages in 2023.

As franchise owners, we also oversee a team of 6 dedicated associates who work under our guidance. Together, we work tirelessly to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service and attention to detail.
