Is it Marketing or Is it Sales?

So are your efforts more sales driven or marketing driven. Both are important, however marketing activities are meant to make your customer aware of a product, someone still has to sell the product!
"Where's the Beef?" an awesome marketing campaign! The restaurant still had to perform!
"We Try Harder" they are still trying!
"Share Moments, Share Life" only not on Kodak anymore!
