2022 Legislative Lunch

Description

The upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce announces its annual Legislative Luncheon at the Hampton Inn in Oldsmar on Wednesday August 10, 2022, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

This is a non-partisan event.  Elected Officials from national, state and county level serving the communities of NW Hillsborough and NE Pinellas Counties have been invited.  (Pinellas County Commissioners Charlie Justice, Pat Gerrard, Janet Long, Dave Eggers, Karen Seal; Hillsborough County Commissioners Harry Cohen, Ken Hagan; Dianne Hart House Seat 60, Susan Valdes House Seat 62, Traci Koster House Seat 64, Chris Sprawls House Seat 65, Nick Diceglie House Seat 66, Chris Latvala House Seat 67; Florida State Senator District 16 Ed Hooper;  US Congressman District 12 - Gus Bilirakis)

Our seated officials will each be given the opportunity to share their perspective on current issues at the state and local level as well as respond to audience questions.  Citizen knowledge of and involvement in the legislative process is critical to highly functioning government process.  This makes the legislative luncheon one of our most popular events.  The cost for this event is $30.00.

This year we are inviting 2022 candidates to reserve a "campaign table" on-site to display their campaign material.  The cost for a table and lunch is $130.00.
